The YOUCAT Confession book is a practical guide created to
take away undue anxiety about the Sacrament, and to show how it works. It came
about as a collaboration between young people and clergy, including those
responsible for "Nightfever", a popular program of prayer,
Eucharistic adoration, and confession that started at World Youth Day in
Cologne.
