The light in the centre of the image, where the Holy Spirit overshadows Mary with God's Light. Both Mary and the Angel derive light from that Light, the light breaking up in colours, supplanting the receding darkness. The power and strength of the Light remind us there is nothing that God cannot do.
The Solemnity of the Annunciation is celebrated on 25th March.

Wall Hanging Banner: Dye sublimation printing on a 100% close weave, natural feel polyester material with dowling, tulip wood end caps and gold effect hanging cord. Fire retardant: BS5867/Type B DIN4102. An extra depth of approx. 12" should be allowed when measuring to allow for the hanging cord. A sample of the material can be supplied upon request.
